Raaklijn is a multi-year project exploring the ever-shifting boundary between Oerol festival and the protected natural landscape of Terschelling. We call this boundary the raaklijn. Over the course of four years, Rita Hoofwijk welcomes various artists and disciplines into this project, making the invisible line tangible. During Oerol 2025, this is the two dancers and choreographers fromTumbleweed, Angela Rabaglio and Micaël Florentz, responding to this raaklijn with a choreography of touch and probing.
Artists Angela Rabaglio and Micaël Florentz walked each day 28km all the way from the east of the island and the festival’s edge to west, along six locations where the raaklijn emerges within short bits of dance duets.
